Predicting when The Undertaker will return to WWE in 2012
74When will The Undertaker return to the WWE?
The Undertaker has not been seen in the WWE since his match against Triple H at WrestleMania 27 in 2011. It was rumoured that Taker suffered an injury in that match which kept him out of action, but there is probably more substance leaning towards his retirement than an actual injury. The career of the legendary Deadman has been winding down for several years and now, it seems like he is nothing more than an icon and a WrestleMania spectacle. It is more likely that Undertaker and WWE kept “The Deadman” off television simply to ensure that he is healthy and ready for WrestleMania 28 in 2012. However, with 2012 right around the corner and WrestleMania 28 coming up, when exactly will the Undertaker return to WWE Raw or Smackdown?
Undertaker return at WWE Royal Rumble 2012?
The WWE Royal Rumble is an annual spectacle not only because it is one of WWE’s biggest and oldest pay per views of all time, but also because it almost always hosts the return of legends and big names. Some of these names in the past have included “Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig, Rob Van Dam, Triple H, Booker T and Kevin Nash among countless others. However, it is unknown what legends could show their faces this year. One name that keeps cropping up however is The Undertaker. The Deadman always comes back in time for WrestleMania and therefore, his sudden and unexpected return at the Royal Rumble would certainly be a brilliant way to hype “The Phenom” prior to his definitive match at WrestleMania 28.
Undertaker return at WrestleMania 28 in 2012
A more unexplored theory is, what if Undertaker doesn’t return at all until WrestleMania 28 itself? The WWE could quite easily hype a match at WrestleMania 28 with The Undertaker against such names as Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Masked Kane, Chris Jerichio, Bill Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, Steve Austin, Sting or someone completely different, who really knows? However, the fact of the matter is, if they continue to hype The Undertaker’s match, countless fans will tune in to Raw and Smackdown and even pay per views leading up to the event in hopes of “The Deadman’s” return, thus making it even more of a spectacle when he doesn’t show his face at all until WrestleMania 28 itself.
Undertaker return on WWE Raw in 2012
On several occasions, The Undertaker has actually returned prior to WrestleMania on Monday Night Raw. This year, it certainly seems likely that The Undertaker could return on Raw to hype his WrestleMania 28 match similar to how he did last year. The Undertaker’s music simply hit and he confronted Triple H and the two had an epic stare-off, which resulted in their match being signed for WrestleMania 28. Something so simple can leave an audience completely awestruck, and nobody can do that like The Undertaker. Therefore, for those looking for The Undertaker’s WWE return this year in time for WrestleMania 28, a Raw or Smackdown return seemingly out of nowhere is certainly not out of the picture.
The highly anticipated WWE return of The Undertaker may indeed be right around the corner, but when will “The Phenom” actually turn such a corner and show his face? There are countless opportunities between now and WrestleMania in which The Undertaker could return and the Royal Rumble, WWE Raw and actually at WrestleMania 28 are all viable locations for his potential return in 2012.

Undertaker, you are a wresteling god. Nobody defeats you,and you proof this so many times,so for your true fans please come back and god bless you
I think if they bring him back on Raw that they'll just find a way to ruin it. I'd like to see him come back as a surprise #30 in the Rumble, win it and keep the streak alive by winning the championship at Mania. They can put him on Smackdown where it's easier to have him show up without having to get in the ring every week like on Raw. They can keep the belt on him for a year to actually bring validity back to the championship and then give a real push to whoever faces and beats him at the next Wrestlemania. They could re-build the whole company around someone who takes away the championship and ends the undefeated streak. But that would never happen and even if it did it would end up being John Cena
The undertaker is the best without him the wwe would be nothing and if he retires sooner than I expected I might never watch wwe again
wwe is tasteless without the undertaker wwe is not gonna have the superstar like taker again he is the only person who has defeated every legend no body can stand before him i am only waiting for his return .........he is god of wrestling
WWE YOU NEED AWRESTLERS LIKE THE UNDERTAKER,BROCK LESNAR,GOLDBERG, IF YOU WANT TO BACK IN HEART OF WWE UNIVERSE FOR ME WWE GREATEST MATCH EVER IS IN YEAR OF 2000 TO 2006 I WATCH EVERY SINGLE FIGHT BUT WHEN BROCK LEAVE YOU WE ONLY SEEN 90R10 TIMES THAT KIND OF MATCH PLEASE BRING BACK THAT TIME AND I WISH PHENOM GET WELLSOON, (WWE NEED YOU)
It would be awesome if they did keep the Undertaker off of tv until Wrestlemania. It would make me look forward to Wrestlemania even more.
coming undertaker to ffriday smackdown 2 febuar 2012 and undertaker ist the best fihter and undertaker vs tripele h in wrestelemania 28 2012
it would be great to see the undertaker back in wwe..but there comes a time when wrestlers have to retire would a comeback be realistic.the greats such as hbk..edge etc have recently retired and the taker is not getting younger so i think the wwe should let him r.i.p....but would like to see him batter hhh one last time
